Power up your Dragon Claw, which is your STAB, with Dragon Dance(s). Steel Wing for type coverage and a chance of raising your defense. Roost for healing.

Ooh, this thing is clean. Some nice prediction can award you one or two free Dragon Dances. Proceed to obliterate with 132.6 BP Return (without STAB) as well as EQ which is almost perfect neutral coverage. Heal Bell to ward off any potential Will-O-Wisps, which would cripple Altaria.
