What are the most ribbons I can obtain with Soul Silver?

Question

I am ribbon hunting for my Jolteon, and I want to get as many ribbons as I can on it.

One of the ribbons I wanted to get is a Legends Ribbon on it; but I don't know how to get it.
I've gotten it before on a few other Pokemon, but I have no idea how I got them!
I am only assuming it has something to do with the Pokeathlon, and the description says that that Pokemon has set a legendary record or something.

But aside from that, can you guys think of any other ribbons I can obtain with only the games Emerald and Soul Silver?

*Note that I've already migrated my Jolteon from my Emerald to Soul Silver, but provide a list with Emerald anyways; so I might start my collection all over again.

Multi Ability Ribbon - A Ribbon awarded for completing the Battle Tower Multi challenge.
World Ability Ribbon - A Ribbon awarded for completing the Wi-Fi Battle Tower challenge.
Alert Ribbon - Obtained from Monica after you have received the sharp beak from her. Can only be done on Mondays
Shock Ribbon - Obtained from Tuscany after you have received the twisted spoon from her. Can only be done on Tuesdays
Downcast Ribbon - Obtained from Wesly after you have received the black belt from him. Can only be done on Wednesday
Careless Ribbon - Obatined from Arthur after you have received the hard stone from him. Can only be done on Thursdays
Relax Ribbon - Obtained from Frida after you have received the poison barb from her. Can only be done on Fridays
Snooze Ribbon - Obtained from Santos after you have received the soft sand from him. Can only be done on Saturday
Smile Ribbon - Obtained from Sunny after you have received the Magnet from her. Can only be done on Sunday

Legend Ribbon - Defeat Red at Mt. Silver

I do not know if the contest ribbons of the same kind contest(ie. cool)stack.
