Does Contrary change back to overgrow when a snivy evolves?

Ok so i will explain. I had a shiny snivy with contrary but when it evolved it went to overgrow.What happened?

There's only one way. Hack/Glitch. I evolved a Contrary Snivy into a Contrary Servine with no problem. Your game is glitched or you obtained the Snivy via hacking.
