This question makes absolutely no sense at all, but I can provide some insight to you about what the Meta-games are for both.

**Note that the Metagame is nothing but what is in the general game that people are using/doing,*

  • The Metagame in terms of Smogon, is everything that is banned, allowed, and used based on what their little committee (or whoever decides what goes down) in an attempt to make the game fair for everyone. A good example would be them banning "Scarf-Chomp" because it was considered too powerful for the Metagame in the Standard (OU) tier. Smogon also bans hold-items (such as items that raise accuracy, a stat based on luck rather than skill), and moves (deemed too powerful or cheap to be used when battling someone)

  • The Metagame in terms of the Random Matchup feature of the game basically consists of banning:

  • The Pokemon: Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, all Deoxys forms, Chatot*, Dialga, Palkia, both Giratina forms, Phinoe, Manaphy, Darkrai, both Shaymin forms, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem,

  • The use of the moves: Sky Drop (due to the Gravity glitch), and Dark Void (just because its a really cheap move.)

The rules of Random Matchup also changes the Metagame a ton because of the restriction to three Pokemon in single battles, four Pokemon in double battles, and four Pokemon for Rotation battles instead of the usual six Pokemon done in standard battles. The Metagame of Random Matchup also does not use the tiers developed by Smogon (they are not official), so players are allowed to use anything they want except for the banned Pokemon and moves listed above.
There is also a one hour time limit for each battle (some stall battles done in Standard battles can take up to two hours or more!), a Flat Battle cap level of 50, and the option to use the Wonder Launcher.

The main differences between the two Metagames are the fact that the Pokemon company uses their own restrictions, but also allows much more freedom than Smogons terms so that players are able to utilize every strategy with every Pokemon to its fullest potential.
The Smogon Metagame restricts players (if followed) to a more fair match, where there is no "best" strategy to win, and so players won't be able to be cheap with the same Pokemon, moves, or hold items.

And there's my little article on Metagames.
