How is happiness measured?

I'm not sure if this question has been asked so sorry if it has. How is happiness measured? In game the happiness people only say that "Your Haxorus must like you a lot!" Is there like a chart that can tell me my pokemon happiness, something like 1-50 it doesn't like you much and so on?
