Yes, you can.
For example, you can breed a Overgrow Serperior with a Contrary Serperior, no problem.
If you breed a Serperior (Male) Overgrow and a Serperior (Female) Contrary, there will be a 30% chance of getting a Dream World baby Pokemon (Contrary Snivy).
