Moves for breeding pokemon

I got one question.I got lvl 30 female minccino and want to breed with lvl 32 male excadrill with moves such as earthquake,slash and hone claws but when the egg hatched it doesn't learn any of it.Why that happen?

Pokemon can't just learn any moves by breeding, there are only certain moves they can learn, plus anything they would normally learn as a TM. Minccino for example cannot learn Earthquake by TM, so it will not be able to learn it by breeding.

Minccino can learn these moves by breeding: Aqua Tail, Endure, Fake Tears, Flail, Iron Tail, Knock Off, Sleep Talk, Tail Whip, Mud-Slap & its TMs listed here: http://pokemondb.net/pokedex/minccino
