Blissey's highest possible HP is 714.

Are you sure because I saw a Blissey with more than 1,000 HP.

1.) This answer was from nearly 7 years ago now. There's little point in commentating.

2.) If you've seen a Blissey with 1000 HP then that Blissey was hacked and not legitimate. 714 is the highest possible HP for Blissey. It's the absolute maximum.
