Jigglypuff made frequent appearances in the first season but its dosent show up and make people fall asleep anymore and i was wondering when it stop showing up.
She appeared once in the Hoenn region. Ash and Brock freaked out, but May and the girl with the Whismur thought it was cute. Max wanted to study it. Jigglypuff didn't draw on anyone's faces because Whismur didn't fall asleep. Jigglypuff wanted somebody to hear her song without falling asleep, and now her goal had been achieved. That is why she stopped following them.
