Are there any pokemon having the only weakness water?

Gliscor only has weakness to ice and water.

Well the answer is no there is no Pokemon that is only weak to water and nothing else but there is Rotom-H who only has two weaknesses if you include levitate: Rock and Water

Then all pure Fire types and all pure Ground types have only 3 weaknesses: Water/Rock/Ground and Water/Ice/Grass respectively.

I considered a double weakness as two in itself which is why I did not include them.
