Dream World abilities and breeding

Question

Ok, I just want to be 100% sure of this before I try it and waste my time:

If I obtained a male Dratini in the Dream World, but I want to breed it with a Ditto to try and get a different nature/IV, is there still the 60% chance that the new Dratini will have the Dream World ability from the male (since it mates with Ditto, it's technically the female)?

I really want a Dragonite with the Dream World ability, but I'm not going to waste my time with all the eggs if only females work with dream world ability breeding.

You need female with DW ability to pass it. Also, Ditto does not work for passing DW abilities. You need male of same kind
