I don't even know how you noticed that, but alongside Aerodactyl, Genetic Apex Ditto and Mythical Island Mew ex can also do the same if the opponent's active (and only) Pokemon is a Genetic Apex Aerodactyl. This is because Ditto's Copy Anything and Mew ex's Genome Hacking allow them both to use Aerodactyl's Primal Wingbeat. However, there cannot be any Pokemon on the bench while either of them copy Aerodactyl's move, and of course this has the caveat of the opposing active Pokemon needing to be Aerodactyl.
