If you transfer a Pokémon to another game, will it keep any moves it can’t learn in that game?

I have a hisuian voltorb knowing ice ball from the move tutor in legends Arceus. It is impossible for it to learn that move in scarlet and violet, so if I transfer it there, will it keep the move, and if I replace with another move, will it be able to relearn it?

It will not be able to relearn it. There is a special piece of dialogue that states it cannot be used, and when forgotten will not relearn it (Source: seen it happen to me)

It might be worth mentioning that this is true only in gen 8 and gen 9. In most older games, Pokemon keep all the moves they know when transferring. When transferring from gen 2 to gen 1, the game will prevent you from transferring moves that don't exist in gen 1 games.
