I'm 90% sure no, since its probably the same as a Crobat using roost, and I feel like I've tried this before and it failed. I can fact-check this later when I have the time to answer

If a grounded Poison-type Pokémon is switched in, it will absorb Toxic Spikes and the effect of Toxic Spikes will end.

As Poison-type Pokémon have to be switched in for Toxic Spikes to be removed, the Toxic Spikes will remain even after your Pokémon terastalizes into Poison.

You could Tera, switch out, have toxic spikes set up then switch back in with the terastalized Pokémon
Mhm, as the terastalized Pokemon remains Poison-type after switching out and back into battle, you'd be able to remove Toxic Spikes that way.
