The PokemonDB page for Low Kick states "Low Kick is able to hit opponents hidden underwater from using Dive." This feels wrong and I can't find any other source that corroborates this. Also, I can easily see this being incorrectly deduced because of a No Guard Machop incident. Can someone confirm this works in game?

I checked multiple pages. Low Kick Serebii/Bulbapedia, Dive Serebii/Bulbapedia, Pokemon Wiki, List of Moves That Hit in Semi-Invulnerable turns, and more. I also saw a discussion saying the same thing you deducted regarding No Guard.

No reliable sources say Low Kick can hit Dive. The only things that say that are this site, and old forms from 10+ years ago sourcing this site.

I'm not answering since I can't test it, but it's safe to assume this site is wrong, given this is the only site that says so.
