Gravity increases the accuracy of all moves (except OHKO), but does it affect the accuracy of the other hits in moves like Scale Shot, Rock Black, Icicle Spear, etc.?

For those moves, the number of times they hit is dependent on luck. There is a 3/8 chance of hitting either 2 or 3 times and a 1/8 chance of hitting either 4 or 5 times. Thus, the only way to boost the amount of times they hit is through Skill Link or Loaded Dice.

As for moves like Triple Axel, which bases the number of hits on accuracy, Gravity does help it become more accurate, thus increasing the amount of times they hit. This is because Triple Axel is treated like 3 individual moves with 90 accuracy, while the aforementioned moves like Scale Shot and friends have a predetermined number of hits.

Of course, Gravity still lets Rock Blast and Scale Shot get by their 90% accuracy, but that isn't the point of this question.

Test on Showdown; Triple Axel was over 100% accurate and Icicle Spear, while guaranteed to hit, did not have its number of hits boosted by Gravity

Hope I helped!
