I know there's atleast zap cannon and inferno, and I wonder if there are any more moves that could categorise this way

Funnily enough, you can categorise all 50% accurate moves this way.

• Dark Void (puts targets to sleep)
• Dynamic Punch (100 BP, confuses target)
• Inferno (100 BP, burns target)
• Zap Cannon (120 BP, paralyses target)

Do note that the list above is only fully accurate in Generation VII and above (excluding Legends: Arceus). This is because...

• Prior to Generation VII, Dark Void had 80% accuracy (and 90% in PLA).
• Prior to Generation III, Dynamic Punch had a ~99.6% chance to confuse the target.
• Prior to Generation III, Zap Cannon had a ~99.6% chance to paralyse the target.

Inferno also has a roughly 99.99999999% chance to burn the target if your DS gets hit by a car before the game sets the Pokemon's status to burned.
