Am I missing something for catching the legendary Beasts in ORAS?

Question

I have captured Ho-Oh (I am playing on my copy of Omega Ruby) and the Trackless Forest appears and when I enter, I get no text. I walk up to the floating ring and I just get the sentence "there is a floating ring..." or whatever it says. I did change my clock but that was 3+ days ago now and I still get nothing when I enter on both of my 3ds's. I have tried re-beating the elite 4 and that didn't do anything either. I am so thankful for anything helpful in advance!!

Only thing I can think of is you already captured them or you captured one but you coincidentally keep going to the forest at the same time in the twenty minute interval, but that's highly unlikely. Another possibility I can think of is the time change registered weirdly in your DS for some reason, but idk. I'd give it a couple more days.

Well, after waiting much longer than 24hrs, It went back to normal! Thanks to Mr. Fish, as he was the one to help me. Rookie mistake, won't be changing the time on my 3DS again anytime soon as that was the cause.
