What is the Speed range for a level 14 Ponyta without any EVs?

Question

Doing a Challenge Run in Brilliant Diamond where I'm attempting to beat the game with 6 Smeargle and I want Ember on my special attacking Smeargle for Gardenia as well as general Fire coverage.

I want to make sure I can grab it without getting outsped and getting a move like Growl or Tail Whip (none of my current Smeargle have any SE moves for Grass types or any form of speed control since I failed to get Bulldoze and String Shot just seems like a bad idea to keep around until level 41).

Ponyta's Speed at Level 14 ranges from 27 (0 IVs and a -Spe Nature) to 37 (31 IVs and a +Spe Nature). If you're concerned about Sketching something else, just save before encountering Ponyta and soft reset if you don't get the desired outcome.

You forgot to take into account natures, so the lowest speed for a Level 14 Ponyta would actually be 27 (0 IVs, - Nature), and for its highest 37 (31 IVs, + Nature)
