What is the most efficient way of evolving Pawmo/Rellor/Bramblin?

Question

I want to evolve Pawmo and Rellor for my Violet playthrough. I know you need to do the 1,000 steps method, but it takes so long and doesn't always work. Is there a way to make this evolution method faster that I am unaware of, or do I just need to be less lazy?

I heard this from a video(Look down, first video), so make one of your two bicycles jump on a Poke station & then your Pawmo/Rellor/Bramblin will run for a while, and then it stops. Move a bit and they run around for a while, stop, & the cycle repeats.
