Why won't Peonia mention a different legendary?

Question

This is getting annoying because the last few mentions have specifically been about Lunala, which I already have. I tried saying no to the first set, no after the dialogue where she says I already have Lunala caught, No Thanks when I have the option to cross out a Legendary and replace it which a new one, and even joting down Lunala's location. But it seems like no matter what I do she just won't shut up about Lunala.

Am I just getting extremely unlucky or is there something specific I need to do so she will mention a different legendary?

Do you have Lunala at the front of your party? IIRC, Peonia always gives you a path for the first Pokemon in your party if it's a valid legendary.

Wait now that I think about it my Lunala is in the front of my party! I'll switch Lunala and try some raids when I get home.

I switched the order of my party and it worked, thanks! That's such a weird mechanic though...
