you might be able to find it for sale by third-party sellers in the future, but it's up to luck. the purpose of preorders on smaller companies is so they don't make more than what's wanted to not waste money or material, more or less. companies sometimes make extra, and may or may not sell those later. those extras are usually for if someone who preordered complains about theirs arriving broken or something.  Your best bet would be to look on ebay every few months and see if someone else is selling theirs.
