Ability: Technician? How would it react to these senarios?

Question

A: Technician + Round (60) would boost it to 90 power, but if two Pokemon used round the power would increase to 120. Would Technician still boost it?

B: Would every hit of multi attack moves such as beat up be affected by Technician, or just the move as a whole?

Answer to A:

For moves with variable power, Technician will only apply if the power is 60 or less when used.

This means if Round’s power is 60, Technician will boost it to 90. If Round’s power is 120, then Technician will not effect the move’s power.

Answer to B: Yes, every hit of a multi hit attack is boosted by Technician. This is why Maushold runs Technician with Wide Lens, so the family of mice can spam a 300 BP Population Bomb attacks instead of a 200 BP Population attacks.
