Which of Weezing or Galarian Weezing is more viable in Regulation E VGC?

According to the Reg E VR on Smogon, it is regular Weezing. As for the why, I asked and they said this

Galarian Weezing has more weaknesses than its Kantonian counterpart and the extra resistances don’t really make up for that.
