It does not block status moves that target the user; the other side of the field, such as Stealth Rock; or all Pokémon, such as Haze.
Good as Gold only negates Status Moves that directly target the Pokémon with the ability, not Status Moves that effect the user of the move, the other side of the field, or all Pokémon. So it would not block Stealth Rock and other hazards, which effect the one side of the field. Also, Good as Gold negates Status Moves. It doesn’t reflect them. So the opponent using Defog won’t have Defog bounce back at them and lower their evasion. Hope this helped!
