Does Zygrade's CP change when you change its forme?

I caught Zygarde and it only has 981 CP at the moment, will this change when I get enough cells and evolve it?

Idk about the Zygarde in GO, but I do know that in the main series games that Zygarde's HP is doubled in 50% Forme and quadrupled in Complete Forme.

Yes.

Zygarde's other forms are treated as evolutions in GO, and therefore change CP when you switch from 10% to 50% to 100%.
