Likely tier: Neverused. right?
Um.. I've been trying to get Aqua Jet on my Azumarill but how exactly do you GET aqua jet on it? :o
To Aqua Jet you have to breed a male Buizel or Floatzel that knows Aqua Jet with a female Marill or Azumarill. The resulting child will have Aqua Jet.
Evolution Stone = Eviolite?
I'm pretty sure he meant Everstone, because why would you wanna waste an item that raises your Defense and Sp. Def to a pokemon that already has amazing defenses?
Eviolite=evolution stone
Ok. For those of you who are playing Omega Ruby/ Alpha Sapphire. Level a surskit to level 30. Once you do it should learn Aqua Jet. Hit the "B" button so it doesn't evolve at level 22-30. Once you have a Surskit that is level 30 with aqua jet put it in the daycare with an azumarill/marill. Make sure both are opposite Genders. DO NOT PUT A SEA INCENSE ON THE AZUMARILL/MARILL. YOU WILL NOT GET AQUA JET IF YOU DO THIS. Bam you are done.

Beware, this set contains a lot of puns.

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Knock Off

Huge power to double Azumarill's attack stat from 199 to 398, and belly drum to drum the attack stat to max volume(Sorry for the pun). Aqua jet for STAB priority and sweeping with a blast(I just can't help not saying puns). Play rough for STAB and who wants to play nice with a Pokemon who's about to knock you out? Knock off to knock the daylights of Pokemon with items. Jolly nature so Azumarill won't be a Slowpoke, because a slowpoke is slow AND noob. Sitrus berry cos McDonald's doesn't exist in Pokemon, otherwise it will restore to max HP.

Hope you like the moveset (and the puns) :).

I'm sorry but those puns were terrible XD
hahahaha, lol
I'm loving those puns you added in.

Azumarill @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Perish Song
- Whirlpool
- Protect
- Grass Knot
Explanation: This is for Gen 8 OU. This moveset is a gimmick Perish Song trapper Whirlpool to trap the opponent so you can use Perish Song. Grass Knot is for Pokemon with Storm Drain and Water Absorb. Protect is for stalling.

This set is fun to mess around with. The other sets are very meh in ou tbh.

Azumarill @ Leftovers / Sitris Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def/Sp. Def/Speed
Adamant Nature
Aqua Tail / Liquidation / Aqua Jet
Play Rough
Ice Punch / Brick Break
Belly Drum

Aqua Tail / Liquidation / Aqua Jet - STAB
Play Rough - STAB
Ice Punch / Brick Break - Coverage
Belly Drum - Setup

The Leftovers and Sitris Berry is to heal it from Belly Drum. Huge Power is to double its attack. The 252 EVs in attack is to raise its already monstrous attack. The adamant nature increases its attack even more. Aqua Tail or Liquidation is a physical STAB move, your choice on which one. You can also use Aqua Jet, which has Priority +1, and that is good. Play Rough is the same case. Ice Punch and Brick Break is for coverage, your choice on which one you want. Belly Drum is to maximize attack, and it is even better if you play Sun/Moon / Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon with this, since it turns into Z-Belly Drum.

I would add in Aqua Jet instead, and Sp. Def and SpD are the same thing (unless you meant to write Speed, bc then it is Spe.) other than that good moveset!
Ok, I see that it has priority +1, but is that really worth it for only 40 base damage?
yes, definetly. It wouldn't matter with Azumarill's Huge Power, Adamant Nature, 252 Evs in attack, and a 4x boost in Attack
Ok! Cool.

Azumarill, here we go :P

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Ice Punch
- Brick Break
- Bulldoze

  • Aqua Jet
Gets STAB and priority, so why not
  • Ice Punch
Great coverage, get those pesky dragons
  • Brick Break
Coverage, you can also use Superpower, but this one is more reliable
  • Bulldoze
Coverage, also lowers opponent speed, so its good against some sweepers

Aqua (Azumarill) (F) @ Cell Battery
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Bulldoze
- Aqua Jet
- Aqua Ring
- Ice Punch

Ability: Huge Power Because along with Cell Battery and good defense, Electric Types get a nasty surprise.

  • Bulldoze Again, nasty surprise for Electrics.

  • Aqua Jet Priroty, which is always fun.

  • Aqua Ring Healing!

  • Ice Punch Great power and takes care of dragons and grass types.

Trust me, Azumarill makes one of the best "Water Tanks" around thanks to Aqua Ring and Huge Power.

Eggie (Azumarill) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Scald
- Protect
- Aqua Ring

Defensive Azumarill. It works great for me, Basically all you do is just Toxic-Stall people to death.

Wouldn't a defensive Azumarill with sap sipper work to?

The destructive power of this Blue Pikachu is reflected in this extremely powerful moveset. Behold BellyJet Azumarill.

Rum-Pa-Dum (Azumarill) (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Atk / 4Def / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Superpower / Waterfall
- Belly Drum

I am not kidding. Azumarill is ridiculously powerful right now. I feel that it is one of the most buffed Pokemon this Generation. Just switch in on something that you can force out or cannot threaten you, set up with Belly Drum, and then proceed to utterly destroy your opponent. 244 HP EVs give you 206 Health at lv 50 and 402 Health at lv100.

After a Belly Drum, your health will hit 50%, and Sitrus Berry activates to heal 25% HP. If done right, you now have a beast with +6 of essentially 436 ATTACK (After the Huge Power boost) with 75% HP to spare. Proceed to spam Aqua Jet, squish Dragons with Play Rough, and obliterate Ferrothorn and Skarmory (after Sturdy's broken) with Superpower. If you don't like Superpower's attack and defense drops, you can go with Waterfall instead.

There you go. The wrath of BellyJet Azumarill. The other EVs are put into both Defences to give Azumarill the bulk to get off a Belly Drum.

This is my favorite Azumarill set:

Azumarill (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Play Rough
- Knock Off

  • Aqua Jet: Priority, STAB
  • Waterfall: High Power, STAB, Chance of Flinch
  • Play Rough: High power, STAB, Chance of Atk Lowering
  • Knock Off: High Power, Can Cripple Some Pokes

Azumarill @ Mystic Water / Leftovers
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 84 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Def / 84 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Belly Drum
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

This set-up is quite fun to unleash upon unsuspecting friends. You use Belly Drum, then Rest, then use Sleep Talk to spam your priority Aqua Jet, and repeat (minus Belly Drum, of course). The mystic water is only there to make your already STAB Aqua Jet even more annoying. You can switch it Leftovers for a bit more sustain. Have fun trolling! :)

It's not a guarantee that the Azumarill will use Aqua Jet when it uses Sleep Talk, so be aware of that.

This is my first time with this, but:

Gen 6
Azumarill @ Shell Bell / Leftovers / Choice Band
Ability: Sap Sipper / Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Tail
- Play Rough
- Bounce / Ice Punch
- Bulldoze / Dig

Sap Sipper causes a nasty surprise to all grass types who hit it, making it immune to taking grass type attacks altogether, while increasing the attack stat.
Huge Power just basically increases the power of all its physical attack moves.

Aqua Tail/ Aqua Jet/ Waterfall

pros and cons
Aqua tail hits hardest of these, but as lowest pp, and has some chance to miss. Aqua jet has least power, but adds priority, most pp. Waterfall has next to most powerful hits, has chance to flinch, and has good pp for the power.

Play Rough

A powerful stab that might lower the physical attack of it's target.

Bounce/ Ice Punch

Pros and Cons
Bounce hits them naughty fighting type that may not be hit well against the fairy type move, Play Rough, such as Croagunk, and Toxicroak, and use poison type attacks, which are super effective to our pretty little Azumarill, and has a chance to paralyze, but it has only 5 pp, and 85% accuracy. Not to mention, moves like Gust, Twister, and similar moves will hit harder than normal, while up in the air. Ice Punch has a chance to cause freezing, but isn't as powerful as Bounce, and leaves risk against fighting types that know poison type attacks.

Bulldoze/ Dig

To cause added protection against poison types, and protect it against Electric types, while reducing speed. But it has weaker power, but without the risk of getting hit by massive ground type attack, while using Dig. Dig has more power, can avoid most attacks, but if hit by moves like Earthquake, Bulldoze, and similar attacks, will take more damage than normal.

Sap Sipper Set

Azumarill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bounce
- Play Rough
- Body Slam
- Brick Break

  • Brick Break (good for breaking light screen)

Azumarill is a really awesome pokémon and has quite an interesting movepool. This set involves using sap sipper, which makes you not weak to grass moves and get boosted attack stat. And Adamant is good nature for it, you could also run Jolly but I would prefer Adamant.

by

Why bounce and body slam? Huge Power is the only thing keeping Azumarill out of the lowest depths of Untiered
There were some gimmicks with Sap Sipper PerishSong, which were pretty successful as well. Even though Huge Power *is* its lifeline, and this set isn't viable with Sap Sipper (it isn't viable as a whole lol), I was just saying about Sipper here.

Gen VIII
Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVS: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower

Explanation: Azumarill is OP, Huge Power doubles its attack stat and combined with its great typing and movepool it will break your opponent emotionally and psychically, especially Dragon Types. Liquidation and Play Rough is for STAB, Aqua Jet is for priority to back up its poor speed that will also do some good solid damage with Huge Power+Adamant Nature and Superpower for some disgustingly high damage and to counter Steel Types that wall its secondary typing.

Gen 6 OU Singles Belly Drum Priority Sweeper

bouncy (Azumarill) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Ice Punch

Standard Belly Drum set. Sitrus Berry gets you to 75% after Belly Drum, and Huge Power + 4x Attack + EVs + Adamant results in a monstrous 1744 Attack stat. Priority Aqua Jet as the main spammable attack, Play Rough for STAB, and Ice Punch for general coverage.

Oh boy oh boy, we got a good one today.

Gen 9 Doubles OU
Trick Room

Ford (Azumarill) @ Sitrus Berry/Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
Tera Type: Steel/Fighting
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Aqua Jet
- Ice Spinner
- Tera Blast
- Play Rough

First, we have standard Trick Room nature and IVs. Aqua Jet is for before Trick Room and for nailing Tera Fire Hatterene and regular Armarouge. Play Rough is STAB and covers Dragons. Ice Spinner is just a generally useful move. Now, Tera Blast can go either way. You can Tera Fighting for majorly hurting Kingambit. If you want, you can Tera Steel instead for nailing Hatterene and checking Gholdengo.

You Beat:
Hatterene
Fire Types
Gholdengo/Kingambit
Amoongus

You Lose To:
Most Grass Types
Tera Psychic Armarouge

Top Teammate:
Gholdengo. On Trick Room, Gholdengo is a top choice anyway, and together they form a strong offensive core.

Summary:
Whether you Tera Fighting or Steel, offensive or defensive with Band or Berry, this set will show you to not judge a book by its base stat total, it might just hit like a truck.

Adamantine (Azumarill) @ Mystic Water
Ability: Huge Power
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 236 HP / 252 Atk / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Play Rough
- Aqua Tail
- Ice Spinner

One of the characters in Fairy Tail (a fellow anime) is known as Erza Scarlet. Known across the kingdom of Fiore for her overwhelming sword skills, and ironclad heart, she is also the only one to block the magic focused cannon: Jupiter. My Azumarill embodies Erza in a certain way. Erza used her Adamantine Armor to block said cannon blast but the shield was destroyed in the process, leaving no one else in the immediate range even grazed by the blast. With that, Azumarill is nicknamed Adamantine (not to be confused with Marvel's Adamantium) and has Belly Drum. Excellent defenses and a Belly Drum to start, pair nicely with Adamantine's Huge Power ability. Not to mention a Water Tera, Mystic Water boosted Aqua Tail makes the move Adamantine's most destructive attack. Far exceeding double the original power output than when the battle started. Strat is as follows: Tera/Belly Drum, Heal a bit, Pulverization draws near. Play Rough and Ice Spinner are STAB boosted Fairy move and Ice coverage respectively. The powerhouse Adamantine takes no prisoners. She kills em

Why not Aqua Jet? While a weak move, it has +1 priority, making so you don't need to worry about it being outsped, and also you're probably still going to do big damage with it because of Huge Power and Belly Drum. Not saying that this moveset is bad, just saying that Aqua Jet fits like glue on it.
@DavidVileplume  I feel as if Aqua Jet could fit, but I've honestly grown so attached to Aqua Tail on Azumarill that I did not think of it
