My son has recently pulled out his Pokémon cards to teach his little brother and he came across this card in his binder. It’s Holographic Dubwool V, but what is odd is the 204/202. I tried googling it to find him an answer and nothing shows. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks so much.

Ordinarily, a numerator that's greater than the denominator indicates a "secret rare" card, which are generally harder to pull than ordinary cards. What's curious in your case is that there *is* no Dubwool 204/202 -- there's a Dubwool 154/202, and a few Dubwool secret rares, but the card you described is impossible.
That’s what I thought when I was trying to google what it is. I saw about Secret Rares but nothing on the one he has. I wish I could post a picture of it. Is there somewhere online I can post a photo and maybe someone could help? It could just be some ripoff by whoever, but it’s going to bug me now.
You could try uploading to a photo site like Imgur, and linking that in a comment here. You might also be able to try a subreddit like r/pokemon or r/pokemoncards, but I'm not familiar with their rules on card posts.
Card dex is a great app to use if your son has a mobile device, it has every single card from X and Y to scarlet and violet. All he needs to do is search Dubwool, and I am sure it will come up, he just needs to find the right V. If you dont find the card, its safe to say the card is fake.

There is no Dubwool V card with the number 204/202. The closest match is a Dubwool 154/202, which is part of the base Sword and Shield expansion. Based on this, this card is an impossibility, but there are a few possible explanations:

  1. You misread the card. The 202 part is correct, so you may have subconsciously taken the 204 from another card.
  2. The card is a poorly produced fake. This is impossible to determine without photos, but it's the most likely explanation if the card actually has 204/202 on it.
  3. This card is a misprint. By far the least likely, as misprints are rare and there's no documentation of an error like this.

At any rate, none of the Dubwool cards are worth particularly much. 154/202 is a 10-cent card, and you can probably expect $2 at most for any of the Dubwool V cards.
