Does Speed Swap work in Tera raids?

Does the move Speed Swap work when used on a Tera Raid boss? (assuming their shield is not up)

Tested with a Rabsca against a Rotom.

Speed Swapped first turn with no problems, animation played and the game said; "Rabsca switched speed with the target.". And I suddenly I was outstanding a Pokemon who has twice the base Speed as mine, and who I was actively slower then turn 1.

So Yes, Speed Swap does work on Tera Raid Pokemon.

Does the Tera Raid boss retain it's new/swapped base Speed stat even after it "removes negative effects" from itself?

It never removed its own debuffs, but it did KO me once afterwards and it stayed a speed tie, I'll test it a bit more and give you an update if the tie removes
