item for sp.attack land

Question

is there any item that will land opponents attack moves to sp.attack?and is it in black and white?berry,anything?

If you mean all attacks will do special damage, no. There is, however, an attack in black & white that is special & does physical damage & foul play doesn't do normal defence damage, but I don't think there are any items like you are thinking.
