Can jolly houndstone outspeed specs modest miraidon?

I was on showdown recently and was slicing the opposing team and when the only the opposing houndstone came out and swept my team. Is it possible for jolly houndstone to outspeed modest specs miraidon

Yes but only if candle dog is scarfed. Modest Miraidon hits three sixty nine speed while a scarfed jolly Houndstone hits three eighty seven. Here's a screenshot when its punched into the damage calc. It could also be possible for Houndstone to be under sand. Because of sand rush, candle dog definitely outspeeds the motorcycle
