1.The super effective berries have no effect, but if you use pluck against a pokemon with a coba berry (reduces flying after super effective) or a tanga berry for bug bite, it will reduce the damage of your attack.

2.Happiness/EVs are not affected.

3.Berries used to make poffins also have no effect.

The same applies if you use the move bug bite.
