Do bonus EVs from Power items transfer to other Pokemon holding Power items?

Question

Do the EVS of the Pokemon in slot 1 holding a power bracer transfer to the Pokemon in slot 2 holding a power anklet?

Since the pokémon in slot 1 receives 8 EVs, do those EVs transfer to the other Pokemon in the party or does holding a different power item convert those EVS into its corresponding item?

Asking about Scarlet/Violet.

I just realized I think I was calling the item the wrong thing I meant to refer to the EV training items and I'm talking about scarlet and violet

No. Each Pokémon will have to have their own EV boosting item or trait to receive a boost. They will receive only the EVs earned from the defeated Pokémon otherwise.
