No

Teleport is not affected by trapping moves.

This only accounts for binding moves. Sure, the example given was actually a binding move, however the question specifies "trapping," such as, say, g-max terror. (I haven't tested this although i probably will) G-max terror to my knowledge functions like shadow tag.

If I am missing information please let me know.
I've edited it to add every trapping move.
Thank, and how u can put more that 4 moves in regieleki?
It's a format called Custom Game.

Teleport will fail if the user is trapped by a trapping move (except binding moves), or if used by an opposing NPC.
So yes, it will indeed fail.

Which answer is right?
I think the Bulbapedia article is a bit misleading on this occasion. It makes clear that pre-LGPE Teleport will fail, but it doesn't make any note of whether that carries over to Teleport in LGPE onward.
I think the other answer is correct, though it does not cover all trapping effects.
The bottom is better lol.
My answer even confused me.
Should've researched a bit more thoroughly.
