- Outrage
- Reversal
- Substitute

First off, I want to say that Night Slash, Aerial Ace, anything except for Reversal (or Rock Smash, let's just say Fighting type attacks) is completely unneccesary when you use Outrage. There are only two Pokemon in all of Little Cup who are not hit for equal or more damage by Outrage (and are also neutral to reversal) and they are the incredibly pathetic Beldum, and the not so pathetic Bronzor. Unfortunately, Axew has no moves whatsoever on the physical spectrum able to counter Bronzor, and Bronzor could easily take even the most powerful super-effective hit on its Specail movepool. As such, the only moves you need are Outrage and Reversal. Substitute protects you from paralysis, and also allows you to safely set up Dragon Dances. Meanwhile, it brings your HP down for Reversal. Eviolite adds some bulk to you. EVs maximize your sweeping powers, while giving you some protective bulk.

Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Poison Jab
- Crunch / X-Scissor
- Dragon Claw / Outrage

Eviolite to boost Defenses, to live a hit to set up Swords Dance. Poison Jab, Crunch, and X-Scissor are for coverage, and for hitting Fairy types too. The STAB attack is Dragon Claw. Outrage works too, but can be a bit risky sometimes. Whatever works for you! Unnerve so that Sitrus Berries and otherwise can't be used to mess up your game.
