Which trainer gives the most XP before Sunyshore City in the original Diamond?

I want to grind my Pokemon by fighting trainers instead of using the daycare, so I was just wondering if anyone knows the best trainer that gives the most xp. I have progressed all the way to the team galactic hq, so I am just asking if there is a strong trainer that I can keep battling over and over for xp.

If you're leveling for the gym then you can find a fisherman with two Gyarados in Sunyshore City.
Near him there is also a rich boy with a Luxray giving you not only decent exp but also a good amount of money.
