Back at it again! Ok so I chose Tepig, and I have an Adamant nature. I know that Emboar’s worst stats are Defense and Sp.Def, but here’s the problem. Emboar gets a ton of good Special moves in Pokémon BW (I only have Pokémon White, not the sequels), but Emboar’s physical Attack stat is higher. Both are pretty good, but I want the best Emboar I can get! Thanks in advance!

If you have an Adamant Nature, keep it and run a physical set. Adamant is too good to pass up in-game (source: Adamant Emboar in my Unova Nuzlocke).

Natures don't make the biggest difference in-game though (unless you're doing a challenge run), so you can pick whatever you want and be fine with it.
What special moves does it get besides flamethrower, grass knot, and scald?

Keep it Adamant.

Neither Mild nor Lonely is better. Its special/mixed set is not nearly good enough to undermine either defense or special defense.

I honestly don't know what Special moves you're talking about it learning later on, because aside from Flamethrower (and Smog), every other move it learns by leveling up is Physical.

In fact, for most of the game, it'll have physical moves, including Arm Thrust, its primary Fighting STAB till much later. Its strongest moves, Head Smash and Flare Blitz are both physical as well, and the only good special moves it learns are TMs that you can easily skip, because it has access to better physical TMs like Earthquake, Brick Break, Stone Edge, Wild Charge and so on. And the only HM it learns Strength, which is also (as you might've guessed) Physical.

It makes no sense in my opinion to overlook the physical set and opt for an objectively worse mixed or special set, specially when there are much better Pokemon available in-game that you can run as dedicated special attackers.
