Glitch help: Physically stuck in the corner of a room (Legends: Arceus)?

Hello!

I am physically stuck in the corner of a room in Legends: Arceus. Here is a video:

Does anyone know how I can get out? I don't have any Pokemon with teleport yet. I'm fairly early on in the game, but far enough that I really don't want to have to start a new save file.

I haven't had any luck with Pokemon or Nintendo official support.

Oh ouch. Have you tried pressing Y? When was your last save?

I've tried dodge and crouch, no luck :( I have autosave on. Is there a way to restore past saves if you have autosave on? I haven't been able to figure it out.

Update: I'm free! I wasn't able to travel using map (I think because I'm in an instance for a request), but I just kept restarting my switch and trying to move and dodge and it finally worked! Thank you!!
