Can this team beat Nessa?

Question

I restarted my Sword and I beat Milo, and I am right at Nessa but there is an issue. I tried to beat Nessa but got defeated badly. Can you help me beat her?

My current team is -
Raboot
Corvisquire
Pancham
Toxel
Galarian Meowth
Roggenrola

All of them are about level 20 to 25.
Also I don't want to use Dynamax just to increase its difficulty a little.

The best way to defeat Nessa is to go to the Wild Area and farm EXP Candies from Max Raids, and give enough to Toxel to let it evolve at Level 30. Teach it Shock Wave, and that plus the level advantage will make it easy to defeat her. Make sure to get some Revives, so if Toxtricity somehow falls, you can just bring it right back to the battle.
