What would be the optimal Eeveelution for my shiny Eevee’s stats?

Question

I just found two in Brilliant Diamond! I want them to be their best selves, so I just want to know what would be best for them considering their stats and natures.

Eevee - Male
Ability: Run Away
Nature: Impish

Hp: pretty good
Attack: decent
Defence: fantastic
Sp. Atk: decent
Sp. Def: very good
Speed: best

Eevee - Male
Ability: adaptability
Nature: Sassy

Hp: pretty good
Attack: pretty good
Defence: pretty good
Sp. Atk: decent
Sp. Def: very good
Speed: no good

And before sumwun asks, I want them to be competitive-based, but for in-game. Basically I just want them to be neat

Both have 0 EV but I plan on EV training them after evolution.

An Impish Nature raises Defense and lowers Special Attack. Because your Impish Run Away Eevee has good IVs in all defensive stats, try making it a Vaporeon. Vaporeon is a great tank, and while Special Attack is helpful for one, it isn't necessary -- Wish + Protect is still viable.

A Sassy Nature raises Special Defense and lowers Speed. The most specially bulky Eeveelution is Sylveon, which can function as an effective special wall with its IVs and a Sassy Nature. It also doesn't exist in these games (ILCA why), so try either another Vaporeon, or Glaceon, which can do with a bit of extra bulk.

Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 4 HP
Sassy Nature
- Freeze-Dry / Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Wish
- Protect

Thanks! I decided on Leafeon for the first one in the end xP the -sp attack +defence with best speed was too tempting. I admit I already decided when I posted this question, though.

The second Eevee was the real question. I think I’m going to do Glaceon, thanks to your suggestion. It does seem like the best choice out of the bunch. Thank you!
