Which stat should I EV train Slaking in Emerald?

Question

I haven't made a moveset yet. I'm just EV training Pokemon so I hatched a Slakoth to EV train it.
I hope to use it for in-game stuff like the Elite Four and Battle Frontier.

Fast Physical Wallbreaker
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 SpD
Good Training Spot: Route 118
Bulky Physical Wallbreaker
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 HP/ 4 SpD
Good Training Spot: Route 129 (Super Rod)
