Do in-game traded Pokemon have set IVs and Natures?

Question

Title says it all. Curious especially because of my Lilligant I got in an in-game link trade with an NPC in Black 2.

I know most have set natures, but I'm not sure about IVs. (https://www.serebii.net/black2white2/ingametrade.shtml has natures so they have set natures if it's listed there)

I know this isn’t the case for Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee with the alolan forms but I think that’s the only exception I believe

The Bulbapedia article doesn't say they have set IVs in gen 7 and gen 8.

Yes, according to this Bulbapedia article

The Lilligant you got has 31 IVs on Sp. Atk

Ah, no wonder the IV checker told me that my Lilligant have an 'outstanding potential overall' and that 'Its best stat is in its SpA, it can't be better in that regard!'
