in pokepark is it possible to fire a thunder bolt and miss but the pokemon moves back into the bolt and would the bolt damage it?
2 once you've beat the game they say powerful pokemon are here but all i see are the same ones?

1: if a pokemon runs into your thunderbolt after you miss, it still takes damage.
2: in order to find these powerful pokemon (legendary), you will need to insert some secret passwords. you can find the password on www.serebii.net
