In which way can Rayquaza learn V-Create?

Hi
My question is that how can Rayquaza learn V-Create?

The ways to learn a move are:
- Level Up
- TM
- HM
- Move Tutor
- Move Re-Learner
- Egg moves

Victini can learn V-Create at Lv. 1.
But Rayquaza can't learn in any of the ways listed above.
So, how does it leran V-Create?

Rayquaza only learns the move V-create from Pokemon Black and White in 2012 due to it being the popularity poll winner. It comes at level 100 with:

Rayquaza @ Life Orb
Ability: Air Lock
- Extreme Speed
- Hyper Beam
- Dragon Pulse
- V-create

As far as I'm aware, this is the only method of acquiring a V-create Rayquaza.

tq.So u mean if ur having a non v-create ray it cant learn it.
