Does Run Away override Shadow Tag?

If a Poochyena tried escaping, will the Pokemon be successful, given Wynaut's Shadow Tag?

Run Away allows you to flee battles in the wild, and works over Shadow Tag (and moves like Wrap).

However, Run Away does not allow you to switch Pokemon against Shadow Tag, whether in the wild or a trainer battle. And of course you can't run from a trainer battle anyway.

oh it appears i didn't really understand the question but the question is kinda unclear

In this case Shadow Tag will work.

The ability Run Away enables sure getaway from wild pokemon, no trainers so that means Run Away won't work.

And if you're talking about that both pokemon would be wild then you can't watch wild battles so yeah...
