How to access, and what Pokemon are in, the Hidden Grottos?

I tried looking it up in the DB, but it's not there, also, the How to Access, I kinda know how, I really just wanna know where those gaps in the trees are and how to get Pokemon from there, since it seems like a unique place, like the Dreamworld was.

They're called Hidden Grottoes, so you know. I know you can get a Skill Link Minccino on the route left of Nimbasa and a Bagon somewhere or other. There's a bunch of random Foongus, Mulch, and generic cheap items in the Grottoes sometimes as well.

You're able to access your first Hidden Grotto on the route west of Nimbasa, when Bianca walks you through it until you meet the Skill Link Minccino inside. After that, you can access any you find.
