Can you get any of the Forces of Nature from the DNS exploit in Black 2?

I did it a while ago so my memory's hazy, but I seem to remember getting one of the genies from DNS (I don't know what happened to it, so I may be misremembering). I'd really like the trio originating from Unova, so are they obtainable from the DNS exploit?
