Which shiny legendaries can be obtained legitimately?

Because I'm pretty sure legendaries are shiny locked in the games they come out in, and in the remakes like ORAS and HGSS, so which ones are available, or where they only released through event.

Without counting mythicals:
-All legendaries introduced prior to Gen IV
-Reshiram and Zekrom (Gen VI onward)
-All the other Gen V legendaries
- Xerneas and Yveltal (Gen VII onward outside events)
-Zygarde (Gen VIII outside events)
-Type Null And Silvally
-The "Tapus" (Gen VIII outside events)
-Solgaleo and Lunala (Gen VIII outside events)
-All Ultra Beasts (USUM onwards)
-Necrozma (Gen VIII outside events)
All the others are not

I am going to be using a serebii article. I count mythical Pokemon as legendaries, so I'll be counting them too. If you don't want mythics, I'll edit em out. I am doing this as of gen 8 and 7, so even if you can't transfer the Pokemon in to sword and shield, if you got it legit in USUM, it's fair game.
