No, I mean on their Number on the National dex, at least, I think that's what that is.

Steel and Dark were not created in Gen 1, but rather, were introduced in gen 2. The first steel type in the pokedex was magnemite. If you count forms, it is alolan sandshrew. The first dark type in the pokedex was umbreon. If you count forms,it is alolan ratata.
