Nothing blocks out all abilities beside neutralizing gas. Scrappy blocks intimidate though, as doesnt another abiliy im petty sure. But, the ansewers are few. Mold breaker only ignores when attacking (example, it can use ice punch to hit shedinja, but will still take rough skin from garchomp). Desolate land, delta stream, and primordial sea only weaken or nullify moves, not abilities. Full metal body doesnt blocks all abilities, and doesnt really block intimidate, only blocking the drop that it provides. Although, you might want to count it so you wouls neeed to specifiy this too
